President John F Kennedy was a war hero who won the Presidency by less than 120,000 out of 70 million votes, becoming the youngest man and the first Roman Catholic to be elected president. He was often on the wrong side of establishment politics and came through many intense difficulties, most particularly relating to Cuba.

Herman Cain,an American politician and author, business executive, radio host, syndicated columnist, and Tea Party activist from Georgia, was a candidate for the 2012 U.S. Republican Party presidential nomination. His campaign was ambushed by unfounded sexual allegations. Perhaps, he is best characterize as a wise, witty and happy man.

President Ronald Reagan was known for his innovative program known as the Reagan Revolution, which aimed to reinvigorate the American people and reduce their reliance upon Government. He felt he had fulfilled his campaign pledge of 1980 to restore “the great, confident roar of American progress and growth and optimism.”

Dr. Ben Carson grew up in poverty in Detroit, Michigan and became director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital at age 33. He attributed much of his success to his mother, faith and avid reading. He authored many books including "A More Perfect Union" and "America the Beautiful." After dropping out of the campaign in 2016, Dr. Carson became a loyal support of Trump.

Honorable Susan Collins as a moderate Republican from Maine has served faithfully since 1996. She distinguished herself in statesmanship in her speech at the Kavanaugh for AJSC confirmation hearing - boldly saying "...vision of a more perfect Union does not exist today, and if anything, we appear to be moving farther away from it."
